Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The Frequently Asked Questions package is something every site should have. This provides visitors with all the answers to the most common questions related to your business and your services. This feature is key because it will allow you more time dealing with issues instead of answering common questions your clients would ask. The system is setup with two parts on with a page listing all questions and answers for all visitors to view. The second part is a secured login allowing yourself or an administrator to add and edit your questions, which are immediate.



The add form is kept in the secured login allowing for the addition of a question and an answer to be added to the site. This system can be customized to have different sections of questions and answers. For example you can have “General” or “Services” frequently asked questions.



The edit form is also located in the secured login allowing updating of the questions or answers in the system. This will of course instantaneously change the question and answer in the FAQ section.



The frequently asked questions page lists all of the questions, which in turn link down the page to where you can find the answer. Just as simple there is a link back to the top of the page where they can then select another question which links them down the page to that questions answer.
